Transition: A Road to Secondary

New school. New friendships. New pressures. Are you ready for the journey?

What is Transition: A Road to Secondary?

Transition: A Road to Secondary is a fun, engaging Educational Theatre programme for Year 6 and Year 7 pupils, following Marko and Maya as they navigate the ups and downs of secondary school and growing up. Through relatable characters, powerful storytelling and interactive workshops, pupils learn how to handle new and changing friendships, peer pressure, puberty and the changes that come with it, bullying and how to get help, personal boundaries, staying safe online, and the real risks of drugs, alcohol and vaping — discovering how the choices they make can shape their experiences and relationships. Curriculum-linked to RSHE, the programme brings important conversations to life, encouraging pupils to think critically, build confidence and make informed choices as they find their own path through adolescence.
